Afro Workshop with Edwin Mokaya

This workshop will take you on a journey to the african dance styles. In african dance you use your whole body, express with your entire soul, take energy from the earth and feel the rhythm of the music to your bones. The workshop will introduce elements from both traditional styles and modern african dances. Working with grounded moves, variations of rhythm, natural flow in your body and various footwork and coordinations you will challenge and develop yourself. Edwin Mokaya from Kenya is inspiring teacher who encourages you to find your own expression and joy of movement.
